Meet The Client
Natural skincare brand Scence handmake plastic-free, vegan moisturisers, lip balms and natural deodorants at their HQ in Falmouth, Cornwall.
Since launch, they had enjoyed some success, but the Scence founders recognised the time had come to create a detailed marketing strategy designed to reach and engage a wider audience who are seeking sustainable alternatives to everyday products.
They knew they needed a team who could not only create such a plan, but also deliver the practical steps such as social platform and email campaign management… and that’s where we come in!
Being part of the sustainable skincare movement, and creating products that do good for the body and for the planet, is the foundation of everything Scence do.
The Fastnet team all have a deep love of the great outdoors, so the Scence approach aligns completely with everything we believe in – there is no Planet B!
It’s been wonderful working alongside such passionate, committed and dedicated people, and it’s been a joy to build and engage the Scence community of like-minded individuals.
What We Did
As with all clients, we kicked off with a detailed strategy session. This is a great way to start working together as we all get to learn a lot about each other!
It was immediately clear that Scence as a brand offer more than beautiful skincare. Their exisiting customers obviously loved the products, but they loved the company too; everything it stood for and everything the founders believed in.
Our approach with Scence is to continually build a loyal, engaged community. This has taken the form of informative, valuable written and visual content across social media, their website and email, plus carefully crafted and targeted paid advertising campaigns.
All this comes alongside regular review and analysis of the important data and insights generated by this activity, so we can ensure we’re constantly on track and delivering returns in the form of increased sales month on month.
