Marketing & Administration Assistant
£18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
We are recruiting for a Marketing & Administration Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team at The Fastnet Agency
Are you super organised with a tendency to organise those around you too? Do you love getting stuck in with a range of tasks to ensure they’re completed on time and to a high standard? Are you computer savvy, and open to learning new skills? Then this could be the role for you.
Your Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of our retainer clients, to include email management, reporting and marketing research
- Assisting the Managing Director with her diary and emails
- Assisting with scheduling digital content
- Assisting with invoicing & office administration
- Answering the phone and dealing with initial client enquiries
Skills & Experience required:
- Very computer literate, with a willingness to learn new software and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A real team player, willing to muck in wherever needed
- Organised and self mot
- ivated with the ability to organise others
We’re offering:
- Competitive salary of up to £22,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications

Creative Content Producer
£20,000 – £25,000 depending on experience
We are recruiting for a Creative Content Producer to join our Digital Marketing team at The Fastnet Agency
The right candidate will be social media savvy, with a sound understanding of graphic design and motion graphics.
Your role will be to work with our content team to produce stand-out graphics, video and photographic content for social media and other digital marketing platforms.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants to be on the cutting edge of social digital marketing. You must have the ability to monitor trends, and be able interpret these trends in a way that benefits our clients. You’ll need to be able to follow projects through from idea to concept to finished result.
Your Duties & Responsibilities:
- Producing high quality visuals, from early conception and ideation stages right through to final asset creation
- Design of website landing pages & social media graphics
- Primarily to include production and delivery of collateral across social channels, motion graphics and video content depending on experience. Some print design may be required from time to time.
- Ensure adherence to design, artwork and accessibility standards, working within the client’s brand guidelines and in tandem with the client’s wider marketing plan
Skills & Experience required:
- Experience of designing high quality digital media for marketing purposes
- A genuine knowledge of, and interest in, social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your designs and ideas confidently and engagingly
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, in particular Photoshop, Illustrator & Adobe XD, and Canva
- A strong grounding in graphic design principles
- Experience of creating and working creatively within brand guidelines
- Experience of working on motion graphics and video production would be beneficial
